Bakelite plywood
FBS and FBS-15700x1250 / 2500x1250
GOST 11539-83
The high durability in different weather or chemical conditions allows use of this kind of plywood in the production of wearproof constructions, for ship buiding (boats, yachts) as for the deck, monolith construcstion under the water (while bridges construction), floors in vehicles as in opened ones as in covered tents, advertising boards and fences production etc. Water never goes inside the plywood. Very high density and very strong physics allowes to use from 100 and more times/cycles.
This plywood is irreplaceable as a casing material, because it endures multiple watering. It has high wearproof qualities and the quality of the concrete surface remains good. The thermal conductivity of the plywood allows stabilizing of temperature in hot and cold weather for the best concrete consolidation. Minimal need in the following treatment of concrete surfaces and possibility of multiply use of this casing makes it very advantageous. The wide size of the plywood (5700х1250 mm, 2850х1250 mm) allows decreasing of the quantity of joints and fastenings. Possibility of production of plywood with lengthwise direction of fibers gives a high durability of the plywood in casing. For excluding of the moisture soaking, the butt-ends of the plywood decks are treated with a specific waterproof bakelite lacquer. If all the rules of use are observed, the casing can be used 100 or more times.

This kind of plywood is a high-strength, resilient, waterproof material that can compete with many other materials, including low-alloy steel. Such plywood can be used in various industries: automobile - for flooring, ship-building - as a cladding material for boats, yachts and small fishing boats and in construction of course - as the formwork material for livestock farms, poultry farms.
Features of Bakelite plywood:
· Made of birch veneer, glued together in mutually perpendicular direction of fibers with phenol formaldehyde resin SBS-1 and LBS-1. Thickness: 7 - 40 мм. Other thicknesses can be discussed accordingly.
· Tensile strength along the fibers of the external layers is minimum: for a thickness of 5, 7mm -59.0 MPa;
· Resistance to static bending along the fibers of the external layers is minimum MPa: For thickness: 10,12 mm - 88 MPa For thickness: 14,16,18 mm - 78.5 Mpa
· Ultimate shearing strength of the glued layer after boiling in water for 1 hour at least 1.47 MPa
The density is not more than 1200 kg/m3 Delivery can be by railway. Capacity: 50 m³ per wagon and 15 m³ per 20’’container
