Annotation to the production

1.      Exterior (WBP) plyood and Interior (Urea) plywood types:

1.1. Exterior plywood (WBP), produced according to all-Union State Standard (GOST) 3916.1-96; it has the following attributes:

• Glue – based on the phenol formaldehyde resin SFJ-3013
• The durability limit during splitting off on the glue layer after 1 hour of boiling in the water  is  1.5 MPa
• The formaldehyde emission class is – E1

1.2. Interior plywood (Urea glue), produced according to all-Union State Standard 3916.1-96; it has the following attributes:

• Glue – based on the carbamide formaldehyde resin KF-0
• The durability limit during splitting off on the glue layer after 24 hours of soaking  – 1.5 MPa
• The formaldehyde emission class is – E1

Grades of Exterior and Interior plywood:

• I/II, II/III, I/IV, II/IV, IV/IV
• Thickness and layer quantity:

2.     Large-format plywood FSF all-Union State Standard 3916.1-96

• Size 1250 х 5700mm
• Emission class Е1
• For the external layer making, we use the veneer sheet with the size 1300 х 1600mm.
• For the internal layers we use the veneer sheet with the size 1600х(200 1300)mm.

3. Bakelite  plywood FBS 1 all-Union State Standard 11539-83

This kind of production is the most durable, resilient and waterproof material able to compete with many other materials including low-alloyed steels. Bakelized plywood can work a long time (10-15 years) in a tropical climate. This kind of plywood is used in the different industries: motor-car construction – floors laying; shipbuilding – as wainscoting for the boats and ships; in a house-building as a casing material.

Description of the Bakelized plywood:

• It’s made of the birchen veneer sheets glued with each other by phenol formaldehyde  resin LHS-2D
• Plywood thickness: 7, 10, 12, 14, 16 mm. We also can produce other kinds by your order.
• Plywood format 5700 х 1250 mm
• The durability limit during the stretching along the fibers of the external layers, not less than: for 7mm –88,0MPa; for 10,12,14,16 mm – 73,5 MPa

The durability  limit during the static bend is not less than:

• Across the fibers of the external layers – 78,5MPa
• Along the fibers of the external layers – 117,5MPa
• The durability limit during the splitting off by the glue layer after boiling in the water for 2 hours is not less than 1,76MPa
• Density not more than 1,2MPa
• Formaldehyde emission class is E1.

4. Film faced plywood under Technical Requirements 5512-002-00273235-95

The film faced plywood contains high stability to different natural and chemical conditions, that makes it irreplaceable while producing wearproof surfaces (returnable encasement forms manufacturing, automobile machinery-production).
